In-Stock items will leave our East Coast warehouse within 48 hours of placed order. For faster delivery, please contact us at 1-800-590-1976. All orders will be shipped UPS ground. All orders to Canada will be charged $14.99 regular shipping unless product is oversized or overweight.

Tax
Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to Pennsylvania. Shipments to PA are subject to 6% sales tax.

Returns
If you wish to return any item purchased from Windswept, you must call and obtain a return authorization number for refund, exchange, or replacement. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will be happy to return any item that is unused and in the condition in which they were received, less shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item not in like new condition at our discretion.
